It’s been one of those weeks where everything’s moving, and I’m in the flow still. I’ve spent a lot of time outside making sure I get 20k steps in, reconnecting with nature, and honestly, it’s been so good for my head
The fresh air and greenery really clear the mind. I even made some solid plans for van life, scouting out spots and organizing a trip to Ashdown Forest. The idea of hitting the open road, exploring new places, and just embracing that freedom is keeping me motivated
DJ’ing has been a highlight too, feeling a whole new vibe with my shows and what I’m trying to achieve with it, and the support and messages I’ve been getting from everyone tuning in has been just amazing. If you missed it, check out my latest sets here: www.soundcloud.com/tracerdj (I’ll upload more soon) The energy during my sets has been electric, and it feels great to share that with everyone again
I wrapped up two website projects this week, and I’ve been diving into Step 4 work, which is always a journey. Reflecting on everything can be tough but also rewarding. I’ve also been creating landing pages for a new passive income project (stay tuned for more on that), and for my website building biz. I finished reading “The Happiness Project” and started a book on NLP, diving into how our minds work. It’s all about shifting perspectives and harnessing that mental power
Training has been another big part of my week—four sessions in total: one boxing, one MMA, one Muay Thai, and another MMA session. My body is exhausted but damn, I’m getting fit. The workouts are brutal but incredibly fulfilling
There’s something about martial arts training that I love, I become so present it’s like nothing else matters, and padwork is just so good for my soul. If I could do padwork everyday I would. Plus, I met up with Annie, did therapy, and hosted two radio shows for DNB and Latin house. It’s been a whirlwind of creativity and connection
I went for some coffees/dinners, and met some beautiful people, which always adds a nice touch to the week. And today, I squeezed in a few hours of volleyball padel, which was a blast—great to get moving and meet some new faces
Oh, and last minute, I hit up a rave/free party that just popped up—those spontaneous nights always hit different! There’s something about being surrounded by music and good vibes that just brings everything together
And to top it all off, I found those hilarious videos of me and James raiding a hotel while absolutely smashed haha. Those nights were a mix of chaos and laughter, and it’s so funny to see it all again. Just a reminder of how far I’ve come since then, and how much I cherish the fun, crazy moments while living life to the fullest now. Here’s to more adventures ahead, but hopefully with a bit more clarity paha
Next week is shaping up to be a real game changer for me. I’m gearing up to reduce my antidepressant dosage, which feels like a huge step in my journey again. It’s about embracing my own strength and seeing how I can navigate life without relying too heavily on medication and getting through the withdrawals
I’ve got some business mentoring lined up along with ADHD coaching, which is always a blast. I love bouncing ideas around and learning from those who’ve been there. Plus, there are a few business meetings on the horizon that I’m really looking forward to, it’s exciting to dive deeper into new projects and collaborations
On the fitness front, I’ve got four MMA/Muay Thai training sessions scheduled and a gym/spa session with a friends. Those sessions are killer, but they’re getting me into some serious shape, and I can already feel the benefits. I’m also planning a trip to Thorpe Park for Halloween with G, A and H, which will be sick, can’t wait to scream my lungs out on some rides
There’s also more app work in the pipeline, and I’m stoked about the creative opportunities that brings. It’s wild to think I’ll be properly launching apps soon! And I’m catching up with Mallory, which is always a highlight. We always have a good laugh and share some solid chats. Love her to the moon and back
I’m also planning to go on a couple of chill things with some cheeky people, nothing too serious, just fun and relaxed. Life’s too short not to enjoy the little things, right? And then there’s Portugal to fly to, scoping it out for the culture, and I’ve got my eye on some beautiful spots to explore
On top of all that, I’ve got some life-changing stuff regarding my finances. More cash means more freedom to invest in my projects and enjoy life
And of course, there’s always the unexpected stuff that pops up in between, all the little adventures and surprises that make life interesting. Here’s to a week full of growth, fun, and new beginnings!
