Finding the Tribe at Kennedy Street Recovery Hub

Over the past like 12 months, Kennedy Street Recovery Hub in Brighton has become more than just a place I visit, it’s become like a second home to me when I’ve just needed to talk to someone. Whether I’m there sharing my own experience and recovery journey, listening to others, or just enjoying a casual chat, I’ve found an amazing sense of belonging. It’s the same feeling I had when I entered the 12 step, like, a sense of relief that I felt really connected in a way that I can’t really explain. Apart from. the sense of relief? lol

Connecting with people who are walking the same path as me has been transformative. There’s no judgment here, just understanding, support, and omg, a whole lot of laughs

This space isn’t just about recovery, I believe it’s about building something bigger together. I’ve even had the opportunity to grow my businesses thanks to the amazing support system at Kennedy Street, so I wanna say a big kudos kudos to the team there! The encouragement and wisdom from this community have pushed me to believe in my ideas and make them a reality. How cool is that.

If you’re on a recovery journey, holy spitballs I highly recommend stopping by. It’s more than a place to talk, it’s where you find people who truly get you. This hub has been instrumental in shaping my future, and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead. For anyone out there struggling or seeking connection, this is the place to be! Plus, the tea is banging, and the coffee.
