Here we are again, another entry into the diary and what have we been up to? Well, quite a lot actually! It’s been a jam packed few days of good vibes, progress, and moments that made me stop and appreciate everything going on around me
1 – A Freeparty Adventure
Randomly saw a mate on the street, and next thing I know, we’re at a freeparty with some DNB, meeting all sorts of cool people. The spontaneity of it all was unreal, it’s nice to be at a party alcohol free, it’s weird to think I even done this fucked and drugged up
2 – A Wholesome Change at Foodilic
Had this stuffed aubergine at Foodilic (seriously, give it a go), and it was lush! Definitely made a nice change from my usual Greggs fix. Gonna have to start switching up the diet more often

3 – Love from My Brother
My bro hooked me up with some Creatine and BCAA for my upcoming fights—absolute legend! Honestly, appreciate that gesture so much, it’s the little things that matter
4 – Training & Sparring
Speaking of fights, been training hard again. My fitness is on another level, honestly feel 100x stronger. Sparred and rocked everyone, the coach even put me on twice, what a buzz
5 – Website Re-Design
Caught up with an old friend, and I’m re-designing their website. It’s looking awesome so far, and I’m really excited to see where it goes. Progress feels so good
6 – Community Goals
I’ve been thinking a lot about adding a community element to the blog as part of my overall life goals. I’ll need to create a section for it and start getting people involved with their stories. Watch this space over the next few days!
7 – Catching Up with A
Been chatting to A lately, and she’s wicked. Can’t wait to meet up and see what she’s been up to with all her travelling
8 – Pier Walk & Seagull Madness
Took a walk along the pier to clear my head, and ended up feeding chips to a whole flock of seagulls lol. At one point, there must’ve been like 100 of them flying around. Everyone was laughing, and felt good. There’s something about feeding animals I really like. Next up, me and Mallory are gonna feed pigeons, love feeding birds
9 – Business Mentoring
Had a great session with my business mentor this week, focusing on the next steps for the wedding videography business. Big things coming on this
10 – Financial Progress
Some serious financial progress has happened this week, and it’s about to change things for me big time. Looking forward to using it to improve my life, and hopefully, those of the people around me
11 – KalmKoala Project
Started work on KalmKoala—my passive income project. I’ve set a £100k goal (it’s a moon goal for sure, but I’ve got people to help, and I want to be able to provide my family and any future generations for life. Plus my future partner), and it’s all coming together nicely. I’ve nearly finished my 30 day sequence. Gonna be hiring a freelance social media exec for this soon. Beyond the money, I’m hoping this helps a lot of people too
12 – Reflecting on SLAR Meetings
I’ve been attending some Sex, Love, and Relationships (SLAR) meetings, but I’m not sure if they’re really for me. While it’s great that people can openly discuss their struggles, I feel like I’ve been doing a lot of that work through other channels. It just doesn’t seem to align with where I’m at right now. I might step back for a bit and trust my gut on this one.
13 – App Development
Mocked up a new app me and Chris are working on for the sober community. I’m hyped to see how this turns out, it’s such a meaningful project for us
14 – Reading & Charity Finds
Finished reading Uncoupling, a book I picked up at a charity shop, and now I’m torn between starting Jab, Jab, Hook or Time to Heal. Loving the switch up in my reading routine and all the new knowledge to implement
15 – Fitness, Food, & Feelings
Been feeling a bit knackered with all the training, so I’ve had to make rest time in my week for this, as last week I overcooked it so hard on the Thursday. I’ve swapped from coffee to tea in the afternoon/evenings. Also been eating steak on training days, and loading up on veg, which has been banging. Got therapy tomorrow to chat about some cool changes happening with my self worth and self esteem. Also did a massive cull on Facebook and Insta, and honestly, it’s been refreshing. Must be a part of this whole self worth thing that’s happening. Also feeling proper sexy from all this training and my physical body is looking tip top, it’s always nice when you look in the mirror and you’re like, fuck yeah
16 – Portugal on Sunday
Heading to Portugal this Sunday and super excited to blog the trip. Can’t wait to meet new people in the hostels and soak up the vibes. It’s also another little stepping stone for my travel plans and getting another little taster which no doubt will spark some more stuff inside me
17 – Finished Web Projects
Wrapped up two web projects this week, which I’m seriously proud of. Progress is always good for me
Here’s my website here, just need to add in my new portfolio bits into it and a new landing page I made for a website review service
18 – ADHD & Embracing It
Stopped taking my ADHD meds today (luckily, no withdrawal symptoms from what I’ve researched), and I wanna go med-less and embrace it more. I’ll try it for a week and check the results. Trying to tap into its strengths rather than see it as a limitation
19 – Loading Bar Hangout
Me and C are heading to Loading Bar soon. Looking forward to catching up with her and having a laugh. She’s cute and her dog is so funny, I still remember this voice note she sent and it has be in stitches
20 – Speaking to B
Been chatting loads with B lately to get some opinions. Always a pleasure, she’s an absolute gem, lots of love for her
Lately, I’ve been thinking more deeply about everything I’m doing, and it’s like all these experiences, whether it’s smashing my training sessions, connecting with new people, or just spending time in nature, are starting to fit together in a way that feels right for me. I’ve also been able to have a lot of solo time within that too.
But what’s really standing out is how much I’m loving the writing. It’s strange, but it feels like it might actually be my calling, you know?
Writing lets me process everything, from deep feelings to random moments, and I’m starting to think this is how I’m meant to express myself along with the physical training. The flow feels natural, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me 😀
