Planning a sober trip feels harder than it is.
The world wants you to believe travel = bars. It doesn’t.

I’ve sat in Berlin at 2am sipping chamomile while the city pulsed around me.
I’ve watched Koh Tao sunrises from a clifftop.
I’ve cried (happy tears) in a waterfall because I was awake for all of it.

Here’s the truth: you don’t need a plan. You need a filter.
Filter out the noise. Filter in the quiet.

Start with one question:
“Where can I wake up and feel like myself?”

For me, that’s cities with some nightlife. Mountain retreats with no minibar. Cities with mocktail menus longer than the wine list.

You don’t need 16 steps. You need one decision:
This trip is for the version of me who doesn’t need a drink to feel alive.

Everything else, flights, hotels, sunrise hikes, falls into place after that.

The door is open. Step through.
