Here’s my action plan to grow into the person I want to become


Spiritual Growth

  • Attend 2-3 meditation classes per week.
  • Read 1 book on Buddhism or mindfulness per month.
  • Follow up on the monastery application and prepare mentally.
  • Meditate for 20-30 minutes every morning.

Physical Health

  • Join a fitness/yoga class and go 3-5 times per week.
  • Plan and prep healthy meals weekly.
  • Attend 1 wellness retreat in the next 6 months.

Meaningful Relationships

  • Set boundaries with any toxic relationships and prioritize positive ones (need to identify toxic ones)
  • Attend 1 emotional intelligence or personal development workshop per quarter.
  • Schedule monthly “relationship check-ins” with my partner (once I get into a relationship)
  • Join 1-2 meetups with like-minded people per month.

Purpose and Career

  • Volunteer my website-building skills for 3-5 non-profits.
  • Dedicate 1-2 hours a week to exploring new career paths.
  • Start a side project aligned with helping others, 5 hours per week.

Adventure and Exploration

  • Plan a new travel experience every 2-3 months.
  • Join an adventure or travel club and attend 1-2 events per month.
  • Set a monthly savings goal for travel (10% of income).
