It’s a good question, and something that I’ve been thinking about for some time and give it purpose. And it all makes sense now
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been one for pulling together interesting information, collating notes, writing stuff down, sticking stuff all over my walls that I find inspiring. If I see something someone likes, I’ll send it to them
And you know what that sounds like, collating information together? A blog. And to be honest, ever since writing on this, I’m getting such a fun kick out of it, and the nostalgia is hitting me hard as something I really do enjoy. It’s like an outlet to records the odds that I just have this inner desire to gather. Like a beaver collecting wood to block the dam, I collect information lol
You know, if I had access to a printer next to me, oh boy, that thing would be running like a workhorse. I’d be hitting print every minute with pictures for a vision board, inspirational quotes, excerpts from text, a bunch of memes. It would be sick. If anyone wants to gift me a printer, get in touch with me π
But seriously, I’m always making notes, marking books, making weird lists, gathering examples of random jokes. It’s almost like working on some permanent unfinished project. I used to think a few months ago that I needed to stop because of the ADHD, but you know what, forget about the results and now I take them guilt free. I think the one thing that makes a passion enjoyable is that you don’t need to worry about results.
An atmosphere of growth brings great happiness, and also happiness comes when you’re free from the pressure to see growth. And that’s what this is.
So lets start with some notes actually from a trusted friend, and 9 notes along with the weird and wacky way I write things
Note 1

Note 2
The ideology is this; I will give up me, I will decrease my own importance for the sake of the larger cause (eg. the other person, reduced conflict, everyone else’s happinesS) and then I will find self-importance and worth. This ideology is detrminela to you and those you’re giving it to, because they don’t learn that limits, the word no, and going without are really important life lessons. They don’t learn to handle disappointment or become resourceful on their own. You rob them of the chance to be emotional and practically independent.
Note 3
Drugs don’t make you feel good, they make you feel less shit
Note 4
Life coaching is a way for people to shag the vulnerable. I think it’s because you’re experiencing a turbulent time in your life and you realise that living it isn’t as easy as they purport it to be.
Success in life isn’t gardened through the hustle. It was something we both idolised in our early twenties, but that crumbled and our own realities came to the forefront.
A cookie cutter approach by life coaches preys on those still trying to make positive changes, but failing to realise it’s deeper than having a positive attitude
Note 5
“The smallest, hidden miracles are the most precious. Anybody can spend their life pining after grand adventure and achievement, but only you can help that snail make it from the sidewalk to the grass when the rain stops”
191 Newhaven to dieppe everything
Note 6
When I found out that I had ADHD, a lot of things changed. Struggles I’d been so ashamed of my entire life suddenly had an explanation.
The devil on my shoulder telling me to get up or fidget or abandon what I am doing has got quiter
Note 7
Funny dutch can’t say these
Squirrel

Note 8
Understanding suffering is the way to salvation because once you understand it, you have compassion, and these next thing you know, you are free
Note 9
I live for the billion of microorganism that call my body their home
So I think it makes sense now, a scrapbook of life
